| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨显维镜下最小量外加压手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法:孔源性视网膜脱离患者21例(21眼)均行不放液的最小量视网膜脱离手术,观察视网膜复位和视力改善情况。结果:共有19眼一次手术视网膜完全复位,成功率90.45%;视力提高19眼,提高率90.45%。结论:显维镜下最小量外加压手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离具有简单可靠且创伤小、视网膜复位率高的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate effects of minimal scleral buckling surgery on rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by microscopy.Methods:Twenty-one rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients(Twenty-one eyes) underwent minimal scleral buckling surgery without drainage of subretinal fluid.Retina reattachment and visual acuity were observed.Results:Retina was completely reattached in 19 eyes(90.45%).Visual acuity was improved in 19 eyes(90.45%).Conclusion:Minimal scleral buckling surgery by microscopy is an effective and safe method with high retina reattachment rate for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. |
