| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 将120例患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药治疗.15 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效.结果 治疗组显效率为46％,总有效率为88％；对照组显效率为33％,总有效率为78％,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病顽固性心力衰竭疗效明显提高.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat obstinate heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Method120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional western medical treatment was adopted to treat patients in the control group.On the basis of conventional western medical treatment,traditional Chinese medicine was added to treat patients in the treatment group.One course lasts for 15 days and the therapeutic effects were collected after one course.ResultsEffective rate in the treatment group is 46 % and the total effective rate is 88 %;in the control group,the effective rate is 33 % and the total rate is 78 %.Two sets of data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIntegrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is clearly effective to treat obstinate heart failure of chronic pulmonary and heart disease. |
