生物活性玻璃创面敷料对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的疗效观察

目的 观察生物活性玻璃创面敷料(生物活性玻璃)对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗效果.方法 试验组41例创面使用生物活性玻璃,对照组23例使用安慰剂.观察其创面愈合情况.结果 试验组深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为(16.2±1.8) d,较对照组的(20.9±1.3) d明显缩短(P＜0.01).试验组10、14、20、28 d的平均创面愈合率分别为23.2%、68.8%、97.7%和99.9%,均高于对照组的11.8%、41.3%、85.2%和96.5%(P＜0.01).未见与受试药物有关的不良反应.结论 生物活性玻璃创面敷料能促进烧伤患者Ⅱ度创面愈合,并且有一定的安全性.

Observation of deep second-degree burn healing by using bioglass dressing effectiveness

Objective: To investigate whether bioglass dressing could accelerate deep second-degree burn healing.Methods: Sixty-four burn patients with deep second-degree burn were randomly assigned into treatment group(n=41) and control group.Bioglass dressing was spread on the wound daily in the treatment group and placebo gel was used in the control group to observe the time and rate of wound healing as well as possible adverse effects.Results: The wound healing time was(16.2±1.8)days in the treatment group and(20.9±1.3)days in the control group(P<0.01).The average wound healing rate in treatment group was 23.2%,68.8%,97.7%,99.9% respectively on 10th,14th,20th,28th day after treatment,which were obviously higher than that the control group(11.8%,41.3%,85.2%,96.5%,respectively,P<0.01).No adverse effect was observed.Conclusion: Bioglass Dressing can significantly accelerate wound healing in patients with deep partial thickness burn safely.
