| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者不良反应和生存质量的影响.方法 选取2010年至201 1年于本院治疗的160例妇科恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(护理干预组)和对照组(未进行护理干预组)各80例,分别接受护理干预和常规护理,将2组患者不良反应和生存质量进行比较.结果 观察组患者的生存质量优良率为87.5％,显著高于对照组；不良反应发生率为31.3％显著低于对照组.结论 在妇科恶性肿瘤患者的化疗过程中进行有效护理干预,可以降低不良反应,提高患者生存质量,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on adverse reactions and quality of life in patients with gynecological cancer received chemotherapy.Methods 160 cases of gynecological cancer patients from 2010 to 2011 in our hospital were chosen as research object.They were randomly divided into the observation group (the nursing intervention group)and the control group (the nonnursing intervention group)with 80 cases in each group.The adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The good rate of quality of life for the observation group was 87.5％,higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 31.3％,lower than that of the control group,there was significant difference.Conclusions Effective nursing intervention for patients with gynecological cancer chemotherapy can reduce the adverse effects and improve the quality of life for them.It should be widely applied. |
