成都市龙泉驿区女性宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染亚型筛查结果分析

目的 了解成都市龙泉驿区女性人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染基因亚型分布状况及其年龄的分布特点.方法 采用凯普医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术(Hybrimax),对1650名龙泉驿区妇女进行生殖道21种HPV感染基因亚型筛查.结果 1650名女性HPV感染率为24.0%,21种基因亚型检出19种,未检测出43型和45型;感染率最高的亚型是52型,其它常见亚型分别为58、16、33、68、CP8304、18、53、6、11、66、31和39型;各年龄段HPV感染检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),感染高峰年龄在55岁以上,感染率为40.5%、,其次为25岁以下,感染率为29.3%.结论 该区HPV感染率最高的亚型为52高危型,具有一定的区域性,并且55岁以上的女性感染率较高,运用导流杂交技术检测HPV感染具有较好的临床筛查应用价值.

Analysis on the distribution of female cervical human papilloma virus infection subtypes in Longquanyi District of Chengdu

To investigate the distribution of female human papilloma virus（HPV）subtypes and the incidence of HPV in patients among ages in Longquanyi District of Chengdu. Twenty-one HPV-infected gene subtypes were screened by flow-through hybridization,the Hybrimax technique,in genital ducts of 1650 females in Longquanyi District. The total infection rate of HPV was 24.0%.Nineteen of the 21 types were detected expect type 43 and type 45.Type 52 had the highest infection rate.Other subtypes of HPV such as type 58,16,33,68,CP8304,18,53,6,11,66,31 and 39 were also common.The detection rates of HPV among ages were significantly different（P 0.01）.People over 55 years old had the highest risk.The infection rate was 40.5%.The following susceptible population was people under 25 years old.The infection rate was 29.3%. Type 52 is the subtype with the highest HPV infection rate.Women over the age of 55 have higher HPV infection rates.Hybrimax technique for the detection and screening of HPV infection has a good clinical value.
