“冬病夏治”穴位贴敷治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

目的:观察"冬病夏治"对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效。方法:将88例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各44例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上予"冬病夏治"穴位贴敷,3年为1疗程。结果:治疗组显效19例,有效19例,无效6例,总有效率为86.36%(95%CI=76.22%～96.50%);对照组显效10例,有效18例,无效16例,总有效率为63.64%(95%CI=49.43%～77.85%);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.484 3,P=0.013 7),差异有显著性意义。结论:配合西医"冬病夏治"慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床疗效优于单纯西医疗法,其收益为OR=0.28(95%CI=0.10～0.80),NNT=4(95%CI=2.45～21.60)。

Curative Effect Observation of Method of Treating the Winter' s Disease in Summer on COPD in Stable Phase, A Report of 44 Cases

Objective：To observe the curative effect of method of treating the winter＇s disease in summer on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD）. Methods：88 cases with COPD were divided into two groups randomly,44 cases in each group. The two groups were all treated with conventional therapy of western medicine, and on the basis of above treatment,treatment group were treated with method of treating the winter＇s disease in summer. One treatment course included 3 years. Results ：In treatment group 19 cases were excellent, 19 ones effective, and 6 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 86. 36% （95% CI = 76. 22% -96. 50% ）. In control group 10 cases were excellent, 18 ones effective, and 16 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 63.64% （95% CI = 49.43% -77.85% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （u = 2. 484 3, P = 0. 013 7）. Conclusion ： Western medicine combined with the method of treating the winter＇s disease in summer has better effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） than single western medicine,OR =0. 28 （95% CI =0. 10 - 0. 80） ,NNT =4（95%CI =2. 45 -21.60）.
