姜黄消痤搽剂联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察

目的 观察姜黄消痤搽剂联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效.方法 按Pillsbury分类法选择106例中重度痤疮患者(Ⅲ、Ⅳ级)并分为两组,治疗组56例采用姜黄消痤搽剂联合异维A酸治疗,对照组50例给予院内自制硫磺粉刺洗剂联合异维A酸治疗,两组治疗8周后进行疗效评估.结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.07%和80.00%,痊愈率分别为67.86%和52.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 姜黄消痤搽剂联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮疗效肯定,不良反应小.

Curative effect of Turmeric Acne-Removing Liniment combined with Isotretinoin for moderate and severe acne

To observe the curative effect observation of Turmeric Acne-Removing Liniment combined with Isotretinoin for moderate and severe acne. 106 patients with moderate or severe acne（Grade III,IV） were selected by Pillsbury classification method,and divided into two groups.Fifty-six cases in the treatment group were treated with Turmeric Acne-Removing Liniment combined with Isotretinoin.Fifty cases in the control group were treated by self-prepared Sulphur Acne-Removing Lotion combined with Isotretinoin.The treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated 8 weeks later. The total effective rates of the two groups were 91.07% and 80.00% respectively.The cure rates of those two groups were 67.86% and 52.00% respectively.Both the total effective rates and the cure rates of the two groups showed significant difference（P0.05）. Turmeric Acne-Removing Liniment and Isotretinoin bring positive curative effect and mild side effect in treating moderate and severe acne.
