自然周期与人工周期方案264个冻融胚胎移植临床结局比较

摘    要:目的:比较自然周期与人工周期内膜准备方案冻融胚胎移植(F-ET)的临床结局。方法:264个F-ET周期,其中自然周期冻融胚胎移植180周期,人工周期冻融胚胎移植84周期,比较各组患者年龄、不孕年限、基础内分泌(FSH、LH、E2)水平、移植日内膜厚度、平均移植胚胎数、移植胚胎级别、胚胎种植率、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、流产率、多胎率、分娩率等指标,并比较移植日不同子宫内膜厚度对临床结局的影响。结果:胚胎种植率、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、流产率、多胎率分别为:自然周期组29.4%、51.1%、82.1%、13.4%、16.4%;人工周期组31.3%、47.6%、80.0%、13.3%、16.7%,两组间比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自然周期和人工周期方案在F-ET中的临床结局相似。

Comparison of the effects of natural cycles and artificial cycles on the clinical outcome of 264 frozen-thawed embryos transfer

Abstract:Objective:To compare the outcome of F-ET between in natural cycles and artificial cycles.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 264 cycles of F-ET between January 2009 and January 2011 in the Reproductive Medical Center of the fourth Hospital of Xi’an,natural cycles were 180 and artificial cycles were 84.The patient age,duration of infertility,basal FSH,LH and E2 levels,endometrial thickness,number of embryo transferred,and embryo quality,the rates of embryo implantation,biochemical pregnancy,clinical pregnancy,abortion,and high-order were compared between two groups.Results:The implantation rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate,and high-order birth were 29.4%、51.1%、82.1%、13.4%、16.4%;in the group of F-ET in natural cycles respectively、and were 31.3%、47.6%、80.0%、13.3%、16.7% in the group of F-ET in artificial cycles.There were no significant differences between the two groups with regard to the implantation rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate,and high-order birth rate(P >0.05).Conclusion:These findings suggest that both F-ET protocols are equally effective in terms of pregnancy outcome.
