不同试验方法对消毒剂效果的评价

为观察不同杀菌试验方法对同种消毒剂杀菌效果的差别,采用2002年版《消毒技术规范》规定的悬液定量杀菌试验和载体定量杀菌试验对一种复方醋酸氯己定消毒剂杀菌效果进行了比较。结果,用悬液定量杀菌试验,含醋酸氯己定4040 mg/L的该消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用1.5 m in,其平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用1.5 m in,其平均杀灭对数值>4.00。用载体定量杀菌试验,用相同浓度消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用3 m in,其平均杀灭对数值>3.00;对白色念珠菌作用3 m in,其平均杀灭对数值>3.00。结论,两种定量杀菌试验评价同一复方醋酸氯己定消毒剂,其杀菌效果具有一定差别。

EVALUATION OF DISINFECTANT EFFICACY BY DIFFERENT TEST METHODS

In order to observe the difference in germicidal efficacy of same disinfectant tested by different germicidal test methods,suspension quantitative germicidal test and carrier quantitative germicidal test specified in 2002 edition of"Technical Standard for Disinfection" were used to compare the germicidal efficacy of a compound chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant.Results: When suspension quantitative germicidal test was used,the average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorhexidine acetate 4040 mg/L for 1.5 min was >5.00 and that of Candida albicans exposed to the same solution for 1.5 min was >4.00.When carrier quantitative germicidal test was used,the average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the disinfectant solution of same concentration for 3 min was >3.00 and that of Candida albicans exposed to the same solution for 3 min was >3.00.Conclusion: The germicidal efficacy of same compound chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant evaluated by 2 quantitative germicidal tests showed certain difference.
