肝癌合并脾功能亢进的介入治疗

目的:探讨部分性脾栓塞在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值。方法:对13例中晚期肝癌病人在进行肝动脉化疗栓塞的同时进行部分性脾栓塞治疗,观察病人血液白细胞、血小板计数、肝功能的变化情况和术后反应,判断治疗效果。结果:所有病人治疗后血液白细胞和血小板计数升高,肝功能恢复快,门静脉压力降低,无严重并发症发生。结论:部分性脾栓塞应用于治疗肝癌有助于改善病人肝功能,促使血液白细胞、血小板升高,有助于病人的恢复和为肝癌介入治疗的顺利进行创造条件。

Interventional Treatment of Liver Cancer Complicated with Hypersplenism

Objective To research the value of partial spleen embolizing in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods 13 cases late liver cancer were selected in this study and their liver function and the reactions were observed after hepatic artery catheter perfusion with chemotherapy and partial spleen embolizing to judge the curative effect.Results In all patients,the WBC and PTs increased,their hepatic function recovered rapidly,and the portal venors pressure decreased with no serious complication.Conclusion The use of partial spleen embolizing in the interventional treatment of liver cancer can improve the hepatic function,increase the WBC and PTs,and is benefit to the recover of the patients.
