2006年南宁市男男性接触者艾滋病相关知识、行为调查

目的 了解广西省南宁市男男性接触者（MSM）艾滋病知识、行为的情况,以便进一步做好MSM人群的艾滋病、性病防治工作.方法 通过网络宣传及朋友介绍等方式动员,由疾病预防控制中心专业人员询问情况后由MSM当场填写,当场收回问卷.结果 共调查MSM 185人,艾滋病三大传播途径知晓率92.86%,总体知识知晓率为77.68%,对＂在性行为前后服用抗生素是否可以预防性病＂回答正确率最低仅33.51%;MSM人群安全套使用率较低,特别是口交中每次使用安全套的只有10.69%.结论 MSM对艾滋病核心知识知晓率较高,对部分相关知识知晓率较低,知识与行为存在明显不一致的情况,应加强南宁市MSM人群的艾滋病、性病健康促进工作.

Knowledge and practice about AIDS among the men who have sex with men in Nanning City

Objective To investigate the knowledge and practice about AIDS among the men who have sex with men(MSM)in Nanning City,Guangxi Province.Methods An questionnaire survey was conducted among MSM by mobilization of friends and internet on the spot.All data were analyzed by statistical software of SPSS 11.5.Results 185 MSM were investigated.The general cognition rate was 77.68%.92.86% of respondents could correctly describe the three approaches of HIV/AIDS infection.Only 33.51% of them could correctly describe the question of whether use of antibiotics can prevent STD.The rate of condoms use was very low among MSM.Especially 10.69% of them used condoms during oral sex.Conclusion Most of the MSM knew about the key information about AIDS and were lack of awareness of other mutuality information about AIDS.Their knowledge conflicted with their practice.Health education and promotion about AIDS and STD should be strengthened among MSM in Nanning City.
