浅谈中医对多囊卵巢综合征病机与辨治的认识

多囊卵巢综合征是育龄期妇女常见的妇科疾病之一，临床表现出月经稀少、闭经、不孕等一组内分泌失调的妇科病。本文从中医理论的认识，探讨多囊卵巢综合征的发病机理，认为肾虚是导致本病的首要原因；肾虚血瘀、肾虚痰湿是其常见证型；治疗上补肾为大法，配以活血、化瘀、祛痰来调节冲任，使“肾一天癸一冲任一胞宫”之间恢复协调，达到治愈本病的效果。

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome:Its Pathogenesis and Syndrome Differentiation for Treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Polycystic ovary syndrome is one the most commong ynecological diseases in women of childbear- ing age.The clinical symptoms are a group of endocrine dyscrasia diseases like hypomenorrhea,amenorrhea and infertility.Based on the theory of TCM,the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome was probed into in this pa- per.Renal asthenia was considered as the most important cause;nephrasthenia blood stasis and nephrasthenia phlegmatic hygrosis as its common syndromes;reinforcing kidney as its main treatment,assisted with promoting blood circulation,eliminating stasis and phlegm to regulate thoroughfare and conception vessels,for the purpose of regaining coordination between kidney-tiangui-thoroughfare and conception vessels-uterus,so that the pur- pose of curing was reached.
