脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片在外耳道成形术中的应用

目的:探讨脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)应用于外耳道成形术以及其临床疗效。方法:2004年6月至2007年6月在我院因外耳道狭窄行外耳道成形术或(和)乳突根治术的10例患者(10耳),所有病例予以修复材料ADM修复,观察和总结其术后效果。结果:10例患者10耳随访6个月～2年,10耳均未出现排斥反应,8耳外耳道宽敞,1耳外耳道轻度狭窄放置扩张管后未狭窄,1例外耳道基底细胞癌复发。结论:ADM的组织相容性好,厚薄适宜,手术操作简便,是一种应用于外耳道成形术中安全有效的修复材料。

Acellular dermal matrix for reconstruction of external auditory canal

Objective To discuss the clinical use of acellular dermal matrix (ADM) in the reconstruction of external auditory canal . Methods Form June 2004 to June 2007,10cases with external auditory canal atresia had been treated with external auditory canal plastic operation or/and radical mastoidectomy. ADM was used to the reparation of the external auditory surgical wound. The therapeutic effects were analyzed and summed. Results Among all these 10 cases, no rejection of ADM happened after the operation. Of 10 cases with follow-up period of 6 months to 2 years, 8 ears have been observed with no stenosis; 1ear with slight stenosis has being cured by putted a dilater;1case with basaloma recrudesced. Conclusions The histocompatibility of ADM is perfect .The operative procedure are easy to perform. The use of ADM in external auditory canal plastic operation is safe and effective.
