圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复牙周炎伴牙列缺损的临床效果观察

目的评价圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复牙周炎伴牙列缺损的临床效果。方法牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者共11例,行牙周基础治疗和根管治疗后,共制作15件圆锥型套筒冠义齿,随访1～2年,临床及X线检查,记录患者的主观感觉及义齿使用情况。结果内冠脱落2个（3.1%）,基牙折断1颗（1.6%）,牙龈炎2例（18.2%）,及时行相应处理后,义齿均可正常使用。患者主观感觉满意,基牙松动度降低,X线片未见修复后基牙牙槽骨有进一步吸收。结论对牙周炎伴牙列缺损,圆锥型套筒冠义齿是一种可行、有效的修复方法。
