中药穴位敷贴治疗肝动脉化疗栓塞术后消化道反应

目的：为减轻肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）病人消化道反应、提高疗效。方法：将103例接受TACE治疗的中晚期肝癌病人随机分为两组， 观察组（52例）采用中药穴位敷贴，对照组（51例）静脉滴注格兰西隆，两组治疗消化道反应效果进行对比观察。结果：两组消化道反应程度比较，差异无显著意义（P＞0．05）；对照组出现轻微头痛7例（13．7％）、便秘11例（21．6％）、腹泻2例（3．9％），观察组1例（1．9％）出现皮肤过敏反应，两组比较，差异有极显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：中药 穴位敷贴用于化疗所致的消化道反应疗效确切；操作简便、价廉、副反应极少。

Herb Point Application Alleviating Digestive Tract Symptoms Following TACE

Objective To alleviate the digestive tract symptoms following TACE and increase the effectiveness. Methods 103 cases of middle or late hepatocellular carcinoma receiving TACE were randomly divided into herb point application group ( n =52) and control group ( n =51). Comparative observation was performed.Results There was significant difference in the degree of digestive tract reactions between the two groups ( P >0 05). Other side effects included mild headache (7 cases, 13.7 %), astriction (11 cases, 21 6 %) and diarrhea (2 cases, 3 9 %) in the contrd group, but only skin allergic reaction (one case, 1 9 %) in the herb point application group. There was very significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion Herb point application can be used to effectively alleviate the digestive tract symptoms induced by chemotherapy.
