| 摘 要： | 表遗传学修饰的DNA甲基化在基因组的稳定性和肿瘤发生中起重要作用。肿瘤可发生许多基因的异常甲基化,尤其是抑癌基因的高甲基化对肿瘤发生有很重要的作用。由于DNA甲基化的可逆转特性,因此可以作为恶性肿瘤的治疗靶点。

| Abstract: | DNA methylation is an epigenetic event that affects genomic stability and contributes significantly to the development of cancer.Aberrant methylation of DNA is frequently found in tumor cells and tumor suppressor genes hypermethylation may also play an important role in carcinogenesis.For DNA methylation is a reversible biochemical process studies of DNA methylation may open up new opportunities for treating malignant tumor. |
