股骨髋臼撞击综合征关节镜手术后采用关节囊修补术的效果

目的研究股骨髋臼撞击综合征(FAI)患者关节镜手术后行关节囊修补术的效果。方法106例股骨髋臼撞击综合征患者作为观察对象,均采用关节镜手术治疗,根据术后缝合方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,各53例。对照组患者术后选择传统缝合方式,研究组患者术后选择关节囊修补术进行缝合。对比两组患者手术前后的改良Harris髋关节评分(mHHS)、髋关节非骨关节炎评分(NAHS)。结果术前,两组患者的mHHS评分、NAHS评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,研究组患者的mHHS评分(89.98±4.89)分高于对照组的(83.51±3.45)分,NAHS评分(90.05±3.89)分高于对照组的(80.56±5.45)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨髋臼撞击综合征患者关节镜手术后采取关节囊修补术,能够在一定程度上改善患者的髋关节功能,有利于患者术后恢复,推动医疗事业的进一步发展与创新,更值得被推广与提倡。

Effect of joint capsule repair after arthroscopic surgery for femoral-acetabular impingement

Objective To study the effect of joint capsule repair after arthroscopic surgery for femoralacetabular impingement(FAI).Methods A total of 106 patients with femoral-acetabular impingement as observation subjects were treated with arthroscopic surgery,and they were divided into control group and research group according to different suture methods,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received traditional suture after surgery,and the research group received joint capsule repair after surgery.The modified Harris hip score(mHHS)and the hip non-arthritis score(NAHS)of the two groups were compared before and after surgery.Results Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in mHHS score and NAHS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,mHHS score(89.98±4.89)points of the research group was higher than(83.51±3.45)points of the control group,and NAHS score(90.05±3.89)points was higher than(80.56±5.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Joint capsule repair for patients with femoral-acetabular impingement after arthroscopic surgery can improve the patient’s hip joint function to a certain extent,help patients recover after surgery,promote the further development and innovation of medical care,and is worthy of promotion.
