摘    要:目的分析缺血性脑血管病患者行脑苷肌肽治疗的临床效果及对神经功能的影响。方法40例缺血性脑血管病患者,以抽签法的方式分为参照组和实验组,每组20例。参照组行常规治疗,实验组在参照组的基础上加行脑苷肌肽治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损情况以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的神经功能缺损评分(13.42±2.53)分低于参照组的(19.38±2.77)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于参照组的65.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗缺血性脑血管疾病过程中加行脑苷肌肽治疗,可以有效减轻患者神经功能缺损程度,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。

The clinical effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin on ischemic cerebrovascular disease and its influence on nerve function

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin on ischemic cerebrovascular disease and its influence on nerve function.Methods A total of 40 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into control group and experimental group according to lottery method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the experimental group received cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin for treatment based on the control group.The neurological deficit before and after treatment and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in neurological deficit score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score(13.42±2.53)points of the experimental group was lower than(19.38±2.77)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 95.0%,which was higher than 65.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,the addition of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin can effectively reduce the patient's neurological deficit and improve the clinical treatment effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
