非发酵革兰氏阴性菌的动力检测

摘    要:本文用半固体法,悬滴法和鞭毛染色法对误鉴定为摩拉氏菌的9株非发酵革兰氏阴性菌分别进行动力检测,其结果为产碱假单胞菌1株,斯氏假单胞菌3株。粪产硷杆菌5株,表明非发酵革兰氏阴性菌的动力检测宜用鞭毛染色法。

Abstract:The motilities of nine strains of nonfermenting Gram-negative bacteria wich had been er-roneously distinguished into Moraxella were examined by semisdid agar,dropsuspension andflagella staining methods, They were respectively identified as 1 strain of pseudomonasstutzera,3 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa and 5 strains of alcaligenes foecalis. It wasshown that flagelia staining method is particularly available for detecting the motility of non-fermenting Gram-negative bacteria.
