| 摘 要： | 本文报道我院1989年2月至1991年2月365例颈部大血管彩色双功多普勒检查的结果.对正常组、脑栓塞组、椎动脉供血不足组和一般症状组中的颈总动脉、颈内动脉、颈外动脉和椎动脉的彩色多普勒表现,最大血流速度,搏动指数,阻力指数,时间平均速度等进行了分析和讨论。认为彩色双功多普勒在脑栓塞形成、椎动脉供血不足和锁骨下动脉偷漏综合征的诊断中有一定的价值.

| Abstract: | This paper reported 365 eases of color duplex doppler exa- mination in carotid arteries from Feb.1989 to 1991.The maximal flow velo- city(vmax),pulsatility index(PI),resistivity index(RI)and time averge velocity(TAV)of common carotid artery,vertebral artery,internal and ex- ternal carotid artery,were analysed and discussed in different groups includ- ed normal,cerebral emboli,vertebral artery supply insufficiency.The resu- lts suggest that color duplex doppler sonography may be useful in the detec- tion of cerebral emboli,vertebral artery supply insufficiency and subclavian artery steal syndrome. |
