| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法]对42例胫骨平台骨折患者,采用切开复位内固定,术后内服中药结合功能锻炼治疗。结果]平均随访12个月,优良率达92.9%。结论]中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折是较理想的治疗途径之一。

| Abstract: | Objective] Integrated Treatment of tibia1 plateau fracture of the methods and results. Method] 42 patients with tibial plateau fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, after taking herbs combined with functional exercise for treatment. Results]The average follow -up of 12 months, excellent and good rate was 92.9%. Conclusion] The Integrative Medicine of tibial plateau fracture is one way of better treatment. |
