摘    要:目的研究心血管病人术后深静脉插管感染菌血症病原菌分类及其耐药性。方法对病原菌分类并对其药敏结果进行分析。结果深静脉插管病原菌72株,革兰氏阴性杆菌(G^-杆菌)30株,占42.0%,革兰氏阳性球菌(G^ 球菌)18株,占25.0%,真菌24株,占33,0%。结论了解深静脉插管相关菌血症病原菌分布及耐药性对于有效预防和控制深静脉插管相关性菌血症,有极为重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pathogens in intravenous catheter infection and analyze its drug-resistance. Methods The pathogens in the intravenous catheter infection were classified and their resistance to antibiotics analyzed. Results All of the 72 pathogens in the intravenous catheter,the rate of G + rods is 42.0%, the rate of G - bacillis is 25.0%,the rate of fungi is 33.0%. Conclusion It is of important significance to understand the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens infected in introvenous catheter for effective control of associated bacteremia.
