| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨根尖诱导成形术治疗年轻恒牙牙髓炎及尖周病变的疗效。方法：采用控制感染加钙维他药物的根尖诱导成形术治疗24例患者28颗根尖尚未发育完成并患有牙髓炎或尖周炎的年轻恒牙。通过随访，X线摄片观察根尖发育情况，并结合临床标准评价其疗效。结果：根尖发育完成17颗，根尖孔处有钙化桥形成9颗，有效率为92．8％。结论：根尖诱导成形术是治疗年轻恒牙牙髓炎及尖周病变的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of apexification treatment on pulpitis or periapical perodontitis of immature permanent teeth.Methods Apexification treatment with calvital and infectious control was applied to 28 immature permanent teeth from 24 patients with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis.The effect was evaluated on the basis of clinical curative criterion and the development of root apiex from X-ray taken in the follow-up.Result Among the teeth,17 showed complete apical developement,and calcific bridge over apical foramens formed in 9.The effective rate was 92.8%.Conclusion Apexification is an effective therapy for pulpitis or periapical periodontitis of immature permanent teeth. |
