区域医疗信息平台建立与探讨

针对目前国内区域医疗信息化建设现状,提出要以政府为主导、以居民电子健康档案为基础、以安全性为原则,建立统一的数据平台.平台采取信息模块逻辑划分,各模块间提供相应的接口信息,包括：居民基本信息模块、居民健康体检信息模块、居民检验检查信息模块、居民诊疗信息模块、居民电子病历信息模块.平台系统将数据信息根据各信息模块的公共数据元进行重组和汇总,可大大方便各医疗机构的查阅,同时也可减轻平台负载.
