黄芪注射液及参麦注射液在肿瘤化疗中的应用

目的观察黄芪及参麦注射液在肿瘤化疗中的增免、减毒、增效作用。方法治疗组于常规化疗前三天开始用黄芪注射液40ml与参麦40ml,静脉输注,每日一次,20天一个疗程。对照组仅常规化疗。连用两个周期,观察疗效、毒副作用、临床受益率。结果治疗组疗效好于对照组,但统计学无显著差异。治疗组毒副作用明显减少,临床受益率高,生活质量影响小。结论黄芪及参麦注射液在肿瘤化疗中有较好的增效、减毒作用。

Applieation of Astragalus and shenmai injection in Chemotherapy for Patients of Malignant Tumor

Objective:To observe the efect of Astragalus and shenmai injection Efficacy Enhancing and Toxicity Reducing of Chemotherapy in Patients of Malignant injection additionally by intravenous dripping once per day for 20 days before 3 days of routine treated based on chemotherapy,20 days as one course and 2 courses were given successively.The control group was given routine treated with chemotherapy.Both groups'curative effects,side effect and therapy benefit was measured,observed and compared.Results:The treated group is better than control group in curative effects,though there is no obvious difference between the 2 groups in statistics.It shows from the clinical figures there is a marked reduction of side effects and notable progress of therapy benefit in treated group while having low influence of life quality.Conclusion:Astragalus injection and shenmai injection is effective in efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing on chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor,improve the quality in life in patients.
