胆石利通片治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效观察

目的临床观察胆石利通片配合西药治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效,为临床提供更有效的治疗方法。方法治疗组口服胆石利通片同时配合静脉滴注氨苄青霉素或甲硝唑,10 d为1个疗程。对照组单纯静脉滴注氨苄青霉素或甲硝唑,10 d为1个疗程。结果共收治120例,治疗组及对照组各60例,胆石利通片配合西药治疗总有效率94.9%。结论胆石利通片配合西药能有效改善症状,改善彩超变化,疗效确切值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Gallstone Litong in Treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis
