摘    要:目的:研究长梗冬青苷最佳提取工艺条件.方法:采用正交试验设计研究不同浓度的乙醇、乙醇体积、提取时间和提取次数对长梗冬青苷提取率的影响;采用高效液相色谱法测定提取物中长梗冬青苷含量.结果:救必应中长梗冬青苷最佳提取条件为加入6倍量70%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1 h.结论:本法提取效率高,适合大量提取,可用于工业化生产.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of pedunculoside in Ilex rotunda Thunb.Method: Alcohol with different concentrations as the solvent,the amount of the solvent,the extraction time and the extraction frequency were optimized by orthogonal test with the extraction rate of pedunculoside as the index.Pedunculoside content was determined by HPLC.Result: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:6 times of 70% alcohol as the solvent,reflux extraction 3 times with 1h each.Conclusion: The procedure is efficient with lower energy and shortened time.It is suitable for the industrial production.
