摘    要:目的:评价不同采收期以及不同干燥方法对栀子苷的影响.方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-水(15:85),流速1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长238 nm.结果:栀子苷的线性范围为0.31~155.76 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为100.9%(RSD=1.2%);定量分析了6个采收时间、12种干燥方法的栀子中栀子苷含量.结论:不同采收时期、不同干燥方法对栀子中栀子苷的含量有一定的影响.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of harvest time and drying methods on the geniposide content in Gardeniae Fructus.Method: An HPLC was applied with the following chromatographic conditions: the chromatographic column was an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30℃,acetonitrile-water(15∶ 85)as the mobile phrase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Result: Linear relationship was within 0.31-155.76 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 100.9%(RSD=1.2%).The effects of 6 different harvest time and 12 drying methods on the geniposide content were quantitatively analyzed.Conclusion: The geniposide content can be influenced by different harvest time and drying methods significantly.
