| 摘 要： | 目的:研究乙醇提取蜂胶中总黄酮的最佳工艺.方法:以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间以及提取次数为考察因素,用L9(34)正交表设计安排正交试验,以总黄酮含量,白杨素、高良姜素的含量为考察指标,采用综合加权评分法进行数据分析,优选最佳提取工艺.结果:最佳工艺参数为:加入蜂胶量10倍90%乙醇,浸提三次,每次24 h.结论:该工艺简单、可行,可用于大规模生产. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the optimum extraction procedure of total flavonoids from proplis.Method: Ethanol concentration,material/liquid ratio,extraction time and the number of extraction times as the investigation factors,and the contents of total flavonoids,chrysin and galangin as the indices,the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test of L9(34).The data were analyzed by comprehensive evaluation of multiplemarks to screen the optimal process.Result: The best extraction conditions were as follows: material/liquid ratio of 1∶ 10 with 90% ethanol as the extraction solvent,extracting three times with 24h each time.Conclusion: The extraction method is appropriate and simple,and can be used for the industrial production. |
