摘    要:目的:采用HPLC法测定参芪生肌颗粒中阿魏酸的含量.方法:采用70%甲醇超声提取,HPLC法测定.Kromasil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)分离;柱温30℃;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(30:70);流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为320 nm.结果:阿魏酸的线性范围为1.578~9.468 μg(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为99.34%,RSD为1.2%(n =9).结论:方法简便、快速准确、灵敏度高,重复性好.

Abstract:Objective: To determine ferulic acid in Shenqi Shengji granules by HPLC.Method: The samples were extracted by ultrasonic with 70% methanol,and an ion pair HPLC method was applied to determine the content of ferulic acid.The column of Kromasil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with temperature of 30℃ was used to separate the target components,the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.1% phosphate solution(30∶ 70),the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 320 nm.Result: The linear range was 1.578-9.468 μg(r=0.999 8),the average recovery was 99.34% with RSD of 1.2%(n=9).Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and reliable.
