徵瘕消散丸质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立徵瘕消散丸质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对方中当归、川芎、丹参、延胡索、鸡血藤作定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对其中芍药苷和丹酚酸B的含量进行测定。结果:当归、川芎、丹参、延胡索、鸡血藤薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。芍药苷在5.98~59.84μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.43%,RSD为1.30%;丹酚酸B在12.16~121.60μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.28%,RSD为1.45%。结论:本法简便可行、结果准确可靠、重复性好,为控制徵瘕消散丸的质量提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Zhengjia Xiaosan pills.Method: A TLC method was used to identify angelicae sinensis radix,chuanxiong rhizome,salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizome,corydalis rhizoma and spatholobi caulis,and an HPLC method was applied to determine the content of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B.Result: The TLC spots of angelicae sinensis radix,chuanxiong rhizome,salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizome,corydalis rhizoma and spatholobi caulis were clear.Paeoniflorin presented a good linearity within the concentration range of 5.98-59.84 μg·ml-1.The average recovery was 98.43% with RSD of 1.30%.Salvianolic acid B presented a good linearity within the concentration range of 12.16-121.60 μg·ml-1.The average recovery was 98.28% with RSD of 1.45%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used in the quality control of Zhengjia Xiaosan pills.
