少腹逐瘀颗粒的质量标准

摘    要:目的:建立少腹逐瘀颗粒质量标准.方法:采用TLC法对处方中赤芍、当归、川芎、延胡索、五灵脂进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定了芍药苷含量.结果:在TLC图谱中可检出赤芍等药材的特征斑点;测得芍药苷平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.6%(n=6).结论:所采用方法准确、可靠,可行性及重复性良好,能有效控制该制剂的质量.

Abstract:Objective: To establish the method for the quality control of Shaofu Zhuyu granules.Method: Paeoniae radix rubra,Angelicae sinensis radix,Chuanxiong rhizome,corydalis rhizoma and faeces trogopterori were detected by TLC,and the content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Result: Paeoniae radix rubra could be identified by TLC.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.4%(RSD=0.6%,n=6).Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable and available with promising reproducibility and can be used in the quality control of the granules effectively.
