2005年山东省部分大学生身体发育与体成分调查

[目的]了解大学生身体发育及体成分现况,为改善大学生体质状况提供依据。[方法]对2005年山东省学生体质健康调研中山东师范大学部分大学生的身体测量数据进行分析。[结果]检测城市男生408人,乡村男生407人,城市女生410人,乡村女生361人。胸围城市男生高于乡村男生(P<0.01),城市女生低于乡村女生(P<0.05);身高、体重均为城市男生高于乡村男生,城市女生高于乡村女生(P<0.01);体重指数城市男生高于乡村男生(P<0.01),城市女生与乡村女生的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);皮褶厚度、体脂肪均为城市男生高于乡村男生,城市女生高于乡村女生(P<0.01);瘦体重城市男生高于乡村男生(P<0.01),城市女生与乡村女生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);体脂比城市男生高于乡村男生,城市女生高于乡村女生(P<0.01)。[结论]农村大学生的身高、体重及皮褶厚度、体脂肪、瘦体重都低于城市大学生。

Investigation of the Body Development and Components of Parts of the University Students in Shandong in 2005

[Objective]To understand the present state of college students' physical development and body components so as to provide basis for improving their health conditions.[Methods]Data of physical examination of some students' from Shandong Normal University in 2005 were analyzed.[Results]408 urban male students,407 rural male students, 410 urban female students and 361 rural female students were tested.Chest measurements of urban male students are larger than those of male students from the country(P<0.01) while chest measurements of urban female students are smaller than those of female students from the country(P<0.05).Urban male students and female students exceed their counterparts from the country in their height and weight(P<0.01).The weight index of urban male students is higher than that of rural male students(P<0.01);there was no difference in weight between urban female students and rural female students(P>0.05).Urban male students and female students exceed their counterparts from the country in the skinfold depth and body fats(P<0.01).LBM(lean body mass) of urban male students is higher than that of rural male students(P<0.01);there was no difference in LBM between urban female students and rural female students(P>0.05).Urban male students and female students exceed their counterparts from the country in the ratio of their body fats(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The height,weight,skinfold depth,body fats and lean body mass of students from the country are lower than those of urban students.
