二十五味珍珠丸对实验性脑缺血大鼠脑毛细血管通透性及脑含水量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究二十五味珍珠丸对大鼠脑缺血所致脑水肿的影响。方法:建立以颈总动脉结扎致大鼠不完全性脑缺血模型,通过伊文氏蓝法和重量法观察二十五味珍珠丸对脑毛细血管通透性、脑指数、脑含水量的影响。结果:二十五味珍珠丸预防给药可明显降低模型大鼠脑毛细血管通透性、脑含水量和脑指数,减轻脑水肿(P<0.05)。结论:二十五味珍珠丸对实验性大鼠脑缺血所致脑水肿有一定的预防作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Ershiwuwei zhenzhu wan(ZZW)on cerebral edema induced by cerebral ischemia of rats.METHODS:The incomplete cerebral ischemia model was induced by occlusion of arteria carotis in rats,the effects of ZZW on cerebral capillary permeability,cerebral index and cerebral water content were observed by azo-blue method and weighting method.RESULTS:Preventive medication of ZZW could significantly decrease cerebral capillary per-meability,cerebral index and cerebral water content and palliate cerebral edema(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:ZZW is proved to be of preventive effect on cerebral edema induced by cerebral ischemia of experimental rats.
