| 摘 要： | 本文总结我院近１０年来冠心病监护病房住院急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）患者合并的心律失常。结果提示，心律失常仍然是ＡＭＩ中较常见的并发症，但是室性心律失常的发生却明显减少，而窦性心律失常，室上性心律失常相应增多。前壁心肌梗塞最易合并窦性心动过速，下壁心肌梗塞以室性心律失常最常见。不仅室上性心律失常与泵衰竭有关，室性心律失常同样也与泵衰竭有密切关系。

| Abstract: | he acute myocardial infarction with arrhythmias during past 10 years in CCU
has been analysed. The result showed that the arrhythmias still were more common
complications in AMI,the occurence of ventricular arrhythmias decreased apparently,yet that of
sinus and superventrucular arrhythmias in-creased correspondingly. The anterior wall infarction
were apt to accompany the sinus tachycardia,and in inferior wall infarction,the ventricular
arrhythmias were more common. Not only superventricular arrhythmias were relative with the
pump failure,but the ventricular arrhythmias were also relative with that. |
