| 摘 要： | 用间接免疫荧光法，对７０例病毒性脑炎（ＡＶＥ）患儿进行血清病毒特异性ＩｇＭ抗体测定。结果阳性２４例，阳性率３４．２９％。其中抗ＨＳＶＩｇＭ抗体，抗ＡｄＶＩｇＭ抗体，抗ＣＯＸＶＩｇＭ抗体阳性率分别为１２．９６％，１０％，１１．４３％。健康儿６１例，阳性３例，阳性率４．９２％。两组差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．００５）。说明近期有病毒感染，可作早期诊断。并探讨了３种病毒性脑炎的临床表现。

serological virus-specific IgM antibodies were detected by indirect immunofluorescent
technolo-gy in 70 children with viral encephalitis. 24 cases showed positive results, with a
positive rate of34.29%. The positive rate of HSV IgM-Ab,ADV IgM-Ab and COXV IgM-Ab was 12.
96%,10%,and 11. 43% respectively. The control group consisted of 61 healthy children,3 of
whom showed posi-tive results. The positive rate was 4. 92%. The difference between the 2
groups was signiflcant(P<0. 005).The results indicated that there were recent viral infections
,which could be used for early diag-nosis. In addition ,the clinical manifestations of 3 types of
viral encephalitis were discussed. |
