应用国产金属头YAG激光传输系统照射狗主动脉壁的实验研究

摘    要:用国产金属帽头YAG激光传输系统以不同能量及不同时间照射狗主动脉壁。结果显示:照射标本有消蚀坑形成,能量固定15W随照射时间延长消蚀坑加深但非直线关系。而时间固定为3秒随照射能量加大消蚀坑加深,二者显直线正相关,提示穿透动脉壁总能量随照射时间不同亦不同,照射时间短需总能量小,时间长需总能量大。

Abstract:hina-made metal-capped YAG Iaser transporting system has been applied to dog aorta with vari-ous energy and various time duration. The results showed cautery pits formation. With a constant ener-gy of 15W,the cautery pits deepened as the duration increased, but no linear relation was observed.While under a constant duration of 3 seconds,the cautery pits deepened as the energy increased , andthere was a linear relation between them. This implies that the total energy for artery wall penetrationdiffers as the duration changes. Less total energy is needed within a shorter time, and more total energyis needed within a longer time.
