| 摘 要： | 本研究以高浓度无环鸟苷行家兔眼前房内注射，造成角膜内皮损伤，应用角膜内皮显微镜及扫描电镜观察其损伤及修复过程的形态学改变。结果表明：注药后３日，内皮细胞损伤最重，出现变性、坏死等改变，７日开始修复，１４日基本修复。

| Abstract: | The author injected high
concentration acyclovir(3%)into tha anteior chamber of rabbits,to causeendothelium injury, and
then observed the injury and its reparing process by means of specular micro-scope and scanning
electronic microscope. The result shaws:there will be degeneration and necrosis onthe 3rd day of
injury,the reparing will begin on the 7th day and will be completed on the 14th day. |
