大鼠杏仁皮质内侧核神经元对电刺激下丘脑腹内侧核的反应

摘    要:为了研究下丘脑与边缘系统在衰老过程中的电生理学变化规律,从而了解边缘系统在衰老过程中对下丘脑的影响,我们首先观察了刺激青年大鼠VMH诱发的Me神经元的反应。结果表明:VMH与Me之间存在双向纤维联系,且以Me向VMH的投射占优势。说明青年大鼠Me对VMH确有控制作用,为中枢神经系统衰老规律及抗衰老研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:The aim of the article was to investigate electrophysiological changes of hypothalamus and limbicsystem during aging process and then to understand the controlling action of limbic system to hypotala-mus. Applying extracellular recording method and collision technique we observed the evoked responseof Me in young ratsinduced by stimulating VMH. The results show that tkere are connection of nervefibers in both directions between VMH and Me,and the projection from Me to VMH was dominant.Italso expressed that Me controlled the activities of VMH in young rat.The facts mentioned above mightprovide a foundation for reseaching aging and antiaging problems.
