| 摘 要： | 作者复查了１９８５～１９８８年间美国马里兰大学牙科学院口腔病理系活检材料，观察了口腔巨细胞性纤维瘤和刺激性纤维瘤。结果发现，二者分别占同期活检标本的１．８％和７．４％，发病年龄有明显的规律性。发病部位前者以牙龈受累最多见，后者以颊部最多见，病理改变：前者以病变中出现细胞体较大的梭形细胞及星状细胞为病理学诊断依据，时常可见双核或多核巨细胞。刺激性纤维瘤中富有胶原纤维和成熟纤维细胞，小血管周围见有少量慢性炎性细胞浸润。

| Abstract: | The biopsy specimens of
department of oral pathology in dental school in UMBC between 1985 and1988 were
reviewed.124 cases of giant cell fibroma(GCF)and 136 cases of irritation fibroma of oralmucosa
were found.GCF may oc cur at any age,but the highest incidence is middle adult.GCF isslightly
more common in female than in male(in proportion of 1:0.85).GCF occurs frequently in
gin-giva,tongue and cheek.GCF is mistaken cornmonly for irritation fibroma,fibroma papilloma
and pyo-genic granuloma,because there is no special clinical representation in it,The fusiform
cell,star cell andmultinucleated giant cell in the lesion are common histologic featllres of GCF.
Local removal is usuallysuccesshl. |
