铅致小鼠睾丸病理改变的形态学观察

成年雄性小鼠，灌胃给醋酸铅，连续５天，剂量分别为２５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ、１０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ。光镜观察所见：生精上皮细胞排列疏松、紊乱；生精细胞脱落，层次减少，随铅剂量增加、病变加重。电镜观察所见：生精细胞线粒体呈空泡样改变；核膜肿胀、弯曲；顶体帽期精子细胞形成不良；部分生精细胞坏死；支持细胞功能低下。停止接铅后在一定时间内，睾丸病变继续加重。
