核素时相分析在陈旧性心肌梗塞定位诊断中的价值

对３０例陈旧性心梗（ＯＭＩ）病人和２２例正常人进行了核素心血池显像及时相分析，并与９９ｍＴｃ—ＭＩＢＩ心肌显像进行比较。结果表明：ＯＭＩ组心室相角程异常增宽，左室射血分数明显降低，与正常对照组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。时相图显示的心室异常区与心肌显像所示的放射性缺损区符合卒为９２．６％，时相图所示的异常范围大于后者。提示：时相分析不仅能反映心室功能及收缩时相的变化，而且在梗塞区及邻近缺血区定位诊断中有一定的应用价值。

The Value of Radionuclide Phase Analysis in Detecting Old Myocardial Infarction

hirty patients with old myocardial infarction(OMI)and 22 normal subjects were studied by thegated cardial blood pool image and phase analysis.2 7 of the 30 patients also underwent99m Tc-MIBImyocardial imaging. The results showed that the phase angle and LvEF were significantly different be-tween the normal and OMI group(P<0.01).92.6%of the patients with OMI who showed abnormalphase image were consistent with the patients who showed the defect in99mTc-MIBI myocardial imag-ing,but the abnormal extent of the phase image was larger than that of the latter. The results suggestedthat the phase analysis not only reflected the ventricular function and the time of ventricular systole,butalso was useful in detecting the extent of myocardial infarction and ischemia.
