| 摘 要： | 循证医学的发展代表了临床医生需要了解临床工作的证据及其可信度的一种趋势。循证医学强调全面、客观、明确地利用临床证据，同时不排斥医生的临床判断和个体化治疗。本文回顾了肿瘤综合治疗的传统模式，论证了循证医学对肿瘤治疗及疗效评价的指导意义，以及循证医学与医学创新的关系。循证肿瘤学已经成为肿瘤治疗学发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | The development of evidence-based medicine(EBM) represents a trend in the practice of medicine in which clinicians are aware of evidence in support of their practice as well as the strength of that evidence. EBM does not repulse clinicians' clinical judgment and individualized care, while EBM emphasizes an utilization of the evidence that is comprehensive, critical, and explicit. This article reviews the past of treatment of oncology. Innovative significance of evidence-based medicine to the treatment of oncology is discussed in the paper. This paper aims at advocating the development of evidence-based oncology. |
