经皮肾镜取石术围手术期低温的观察及护理

目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术患者围手术期低体温的影响因素及预防措施，提高围手术期护理质量。方法将60例确诊肾孟输尿管结石需行皮肾镜取石术的患者随机分成2组（每组各30例），对照组按手术常规护理，观察组患者围手术期针对易产生低体温环节加强综合保温措施，比较2组患者有无低温和寒战不良反应发生。结果2组患者术前体温差异无显著性（P〉0．05），对照组低体温发生率明显高于观察组（P〈0．05），而观察组寒战反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论经皮肾镜取石术患者术中易发生低体温，在低体温的高峰时段采取综合保温措施能更有针对性和有效地预防相关并发症的发生。

Perioperative Nursing of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Patients with Hypothermy

Objective： To explore the influential factor and preventative measures of percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients with hypothermy. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group（30 cases） was given routine nursing,whih the research group（30 cases） was strengthened incubation intervention based on the routine nursing. Compare the incidences of hypothermy and shiver between two group＇s patients. Results： Compare to the control group, the incidences of hypothermy and shiver of research group was decreased significantly（p〈0.05）.Condusion： Implement the comprehensive incubation intervention could prevent the complication of percutaneous nephrelithotomy patients.
