全髋关节置换术与人工股骨头置换术在股骨颈骨折治疗中临床对比研究

目的比较全髋关节置换术与人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法对股骨颈骨折患者采取全髋关节置换术与人工股骨头置换术两种不同的手术治疗的方式进行临床的治疗,比较两组患者的术中与术后情况。结果全髋关节置换术组患者术中出血量、血液引流量明显高于人工股骨头置换术组（P〈0.05）;术后6个月Harris评分,全髋关节置换术组明显高于人工股骨头置换术组（P〈0.05）结论两种手术方法各具优点与缺点,总体比较,全髋关节置换术比人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效更优。

Total Hip Replacement with Artificial Femoral Head Replacement in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture a Clinical Comparative Study

Objective Comparison of total hip replacement with artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of femoral neck fractures.Methods The patients with femoral neck fracture by total hip replacement with artificial femoral head replacement in two different operation treatment modalities for clinical treatment,comparing the two groups of patients with intraoperative and postoperative condition.Results total hip arthroplasty in patients with intraoperative bleeding,blood flow was significantly higher than that of artificial femoral head replacement group（P0.05）;6 months after Harris score,total hip arthroplasty group was significantly higher than that of artificial femoral head replacement group（P0.05）.Conclusions The two kinds of operation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,the overall comparison,total hip replacement than artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of femoral neck fractures of the clinical efficacy of better.
