护理干预照顾者对社区压疮发生高危人群压疮发生率的影响分析

目的通过对社区压疮发生高危人群家庭照顾者实施护理干预,探讨有效的降低社区压疮发生率的措施和方法。方法采用诺顿评分量表,通过对2010年10—12月在该院办理出院手续的患者进行评估,选择筛查为压疮发生高危人群(即诺顿评分﹤14分)的120例患者及其照顾者为研究对象。并随机分为两组:实验组和对照组各60例,对实验组进行规范、全程的护理干预,对照组作常规出院指导,每季度对两组病人进行皮肤情况评估,所得结果进行统计学分析。结果实验组患者的皮肤压疮发生率明显降低,其照顾者显得更有信心。结论为出院后慢性病人的家庭照顾者提供支持、实施必要干预,可有效降低社区压疮发生高危人群压疮发生率,提高病人生活质量。

Nursing Intervention caregivers of community pressure sores pressure sore incidence of occurrence of high-risk groups

Objective to study the effective strategy and method to decrease the incidence of community pressure ulcer（PU）,by practicing nursing intervention for family caregivers who is looking for high risk group to develop community pressure ulcer.Methods we evaluated 120 high-risk pressure ulcer developed patients（Norton scale14） and their family caregivers,among the patients who discharged from hospital during Oct.2010 to Dem.2010.All patients are evaluated by Norton scale,and divided into intervened group（60）,which was given standard and entire nursing intervention and normal group（60）,which was only given discharge instruction by random allocation.And then the skin condition of each group was evaluated in season.All data was analyzed by statistics.Results the incidence rate of intervened group decreased markedly.Family caregivers in intervened group are more confident than the normal one.Conclusion the incidence rate of community pressure ulcer can be decreased by given the necessary nursing intervention and support,and also the life quality of the patients.
