| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泪小管断裂吻合术的方法及效果。方法回顾分析32例泪小管断裂吻合术患者的临床资料。结果 29例泪道冲洗均通畅,2例轻溢泪,1例泪道不通。结论泪小管断裂应尽早根据断裂部位和损伤的具体情况选择适当的方法进行泪小管吻合术,只要掌握好泪小管鼻侧断端的位置规律,细致的手术操作,定期的术后随访,泪小管断裂吻合术多能成功。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the canalicular laceration anastomosis and evaluate it＇s efficacy.Methods Retrospective analysis of 32 cases with canalicular laceration anastomosis.Results 29 cases with unobstructed lacrimal,2 cases with mild epiphora,1 cases with lacrimal barrier.Conclusion Canalicular laceration anastomosis should be done by using appropriate method as soon as possible according to the fracture site and the specific condition of the injury.Once you master the law of the position of canalicular nasal ends,with meticulous surgical operation and regular postoperation follow-up,the canalicular laceration anastomosis will be done successfully. |
