护理干预对2型糖尿病强化胰岛素治疗中低血糖的影响

目的探讨护理干预措施对2型糖尿病患者强化胰岛素治疗中低血糖发生情况的影响。方法选取该院自2008年3月—2010年5月收治的350例需要住院胰岛素强化治疗的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照住院时间单双日随机分为干预组190例和常规组160例,比较两组患者胰岛素治疗过程中低血糖的发生情况。结果干预组发生低血糖反应46例,占24.2%;常规组发生低血糖反应84例,占52.5%。两组患者轻度、中度低血糖反应发生情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在2型糖尿病患者强化胰岛素治疗过程中给予护理干预措施可以有效降低轻、中度低血糖反应的发生率,值得推广应用。

The Effects of Nursing Intervention on Hypoglycemic in Type 2 Diabetes by Intensive Insulin Therapy

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetic patients with intensive insulin therapy.Methods This thesis choose 350 cases type 2 diabetic patients,who required hospitalization for intensive insulin therapy from 2008 March to 2010 May,as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to admission,the intervention group（190 cases） and treatment group（160 cases）,then compared the hypoglycemia occurrence in their intensive insulin therapy.Results The intervention group occurrence of hypoglycemia in 46 cases,accounting for 24.2%;the conventional group occurrence of hypoglycemia in 84 cases,accounting for 52.5%.Two groups of patients with mild,moderate hypoglycemia reaction was significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention on hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetic patients with intensive insulin therapy can effectively reduce the light or moderate hypoglycemia reaction rate,it＇s worth popularizing application in clinic.
