| 摘 要： | 目的探讨球囊导管扩张食管贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的方法及疗效。方法对2002~2008年经食管钡餐及临床证实吻合口狭窄的45例患者行球囊扩张术,术后定期随访,观察患者临床症状缓解与复发、内镜和X线钡餐检查结果。结果 45例患者吞咽困难症状均得到缓解,扩张成功率100%,术后未出现消化道大出血、穿孔等并发症。随访3个月,总有效率为88.9%（40/45）。结论该方法简单,效果满意,安全可靠,是目前治疗吻合口溃疡的好方法 。
