摘    要:目的:观察离体血液经量子血疗法(Utarioletown BloodIrradiation,UBI)处理前后血浆过氧化脂质(Lipoperoxide,LPO) 含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD) 活力的变化。方法:用肾上腺素自氧化法和硫代巴比妥酸法分别测定了31 例健康者经紫外线照射充氧的血液。结果:血液经量子血疗法处理后,血浆LPO含量及红细胞SOD 活性均显著升高。结论:调节机体的自由基代谢平衡可能是该疗法治疗许多疾病有效的机制之一

Abstract:Aims: To observe the alteration of free radical in isolate blood being administered with ultariolet own blood irrudiation (UBI).Methods: The lipoperoxide(LPO) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in isolated blood being administered with UBI were measured by adrenalin autoxidation and thiobartionic acid method respectively.Results: Both the LPO content and erythrocyte SOD activities after blood being administered with UBI were higher than those before. Conclusion: The regulation of UBI to metaboltic balance of free radical could be an effective mechanism of UBI for many diseases.
